Last updated: March 18, 2026
1. Introduction
EasyTickit (“EasyTickit,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and what rights you have in relation to it. By using EasyTickit, you agree to the practices described in this policy.
EasyTickit is operated from Nashville, Tennessee, USA. This policy is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee and applicable federal law.
2. Information We Collect
a. Account Information
When you create an account, we collect your name and email address through our authentication provider, Clerk. We do not store passwords — authentication is handled entirely by Clerk.
b. Content You Submit
EasyTickit allows you to submit text, paste notes, or upload files (PDF, DOCX, TXT, audio, etc.) for the purpose of extracting structured project tickets. This content is transmitted to our AI processing pipeline and converted into tickets. We do not store the raw content of your uploads after processing is complete. Files are processed transiently and discarded.
c. Extracted Ticket Data
The structured tickets generated from your input are stored in our database so you can review, edit, approve, and push them to your connected project management tools (Jira, Asana, Notion, Linear). This data is associated with your account and workspace.
d. Job History and Token Usage
We record metadata about each extraction job (e.g., date, status, number of tickets generated) and aggregate token usage to enforce plan limits and display usage summaries to you. This data does not include the content of your original input.
e. Billing Information
If you subscribe to a paid plan, billing is handled entirely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card information. We receive only billing status and subscription metadata from Stripe.
f. Integration Credentials
If you connect a third-party integration (e.g., Jira, Asana, Notion, Linear), we store the OAuth tokens or API keys required to push tickets on your behalf. These credentials are encrypted at rest.
3. How We Use Your Information

- To authenticate your identity and manage your account
- To process your uploaded content and generate structured tickets

We do not use your content for advertising, we do not build behavioral profiles, and we do not sell your data to any third party.
4. AI Processing and Your Data
EasyTickit uses the Anthropic Claude API to extract structured tickets from your submitted content. Your content is sent to Anthropic's API solely for the purpose of generating ticket data for you.
We do not use your content to train AI models. Anthropic's API usage policies apply to data transmitted through their API. You can review Anthropic's privacy practices at anthropic.com/privacy.

6. Data Retention
We retain your account data and ticket history for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal information and associated ticket data from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law or for legitimate business purposes such as fraud prevention.
Raw uploaded file content (PDFs, DOCX, audio, pasted text) is not retained after the extraction job is complete. It is processed and discarded.
7. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption of stored credentials, HTTPS in transit, and access controls. We take the security of your data seriously and continuously work to safeguard it. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we encourage you to use a strong, unique password and protect your account credentials.
